Recently BAH and a non-profit published a report called &quot;Cyber In-Security&quot; that claims pretty much what you highlight here: the Government&#039;s ability to effectively provide cybersecurity is failing due to a lack of &quot;well-trained cybersecurity experts&quot; in the Federal workforce.
